Issue:
If you are getting a flashing or flickering video like from the video below
Resolution:
1. Check if the system select switch is set to 60Hz Video System
2. Restart the camera
3. Connect to the camera's ip address using a browser to access the GUI
4. Click on Video
5. On the right pane window lick the drop down arrow on Video Format and set it to 60 Hz
6. Click on the submit located on the bottom of the right pane window
7. Restart the camera
