No video from HDMI 

Please make sure your TV/Monitor/Capture Card are 4K enabled. If not you will have to lower the camera's resolution to 1080p. Click here for the Solution Article.

Cannot access camera IP settings. 
Camera ships with Default IP address of 192.168.100.88 if your network or computer is not in that same IP range you will have to change the cameras IP address to match your network/computer. Read Tutorial Here.
